CANCELATIONS: 

We understand that sometimes, plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please note that once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make any adjustments to it. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

EXCHANGES: 

Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. 

RETURNS PROMO / SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

If you need to return an item, we're here to help. Please note all sale items, promo items, discounted items , items purchased with an automatic or manual discount code are not eligible for a return. 

RETURNS UNUSED / UNOPENED ITEMS:

  • For hygenic reasons all eligible items for returns must be in new condition: The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unopened, free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear.
  • Unworn: Product or item must not have been used or altered in any way. Must not have been worn.
  • Unused Status: Any product or item must not have been used or altered in any way. This includes but is not limited to, the removal of tags, labels, or protective coverings.
  • Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging, which includes any branded boxes, bags, or containers that came with the item.

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to start the process. Buyers are responsible for return all return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in their original condition (brand new, unwrapped, and unworn) and packaging. For hygienic purposes, all wraps must be returned unworn in their original packaging.

Non-Elegible Returns: 

  • Items Not in New Condition: Any item returned in a condition other than new will not be eligible for a return. This includes items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or any alteration.
  • Worn Items: Products that have been worn, beyond trying them on for size, are not eligible for a return. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene and product integrity.
  • Altered or Used Items: Items that have been used, or altered in any way, including but not limited to the removal of tags, labels, or protective coverings, are not eligible for returns.
  • Packaging Requirements: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns of items without the original branded boxes, bags, or containers will not be accepted.
  • Return Initiation Window: The request for a return must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Returns requested beyond this period are not eligible.
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns that do not comply with this rule will be ineligible.
  • Hygienic Products: For hygienic purposes, all wraps and similar products must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Returns of these items with opened packaging will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete or Partial Returns: Any return that does not include all parts of the original product, including accessories, components, and add-ons, will not be eligible.

Items Not Meeting These Conditions:

  • Items that do not meet the criteria outlined above, such as those that are used, carry an odor, or exhibit signs of wear, are not be eligible for a return. In such cases, we encourage customers to contact our customer service team for further assistance or clarification.

RETURN LABLES:

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a pre-paid return label.
